InnerSpace Meditation: Finding the Safe Place

If being “in your body” doesn’t feel safe, this meditation is for finding a place that does. We start from the outermost place, as far away from your body as possible, and start moving inward.

The key here is to stop when you feel resistance. That’s your body saying “this is the safe place, right here.” So, when you feel that stopping point, just hang out in that place.

There’s an optional journaling prompt after the meditation. If you want to explore further, you can use the prompt and start journaling from the place you felt resistance.
