Your doctor told you to start working out, but between the pain and the overwhelm of not knowing where to start, the motivation just isn’t there. You turn to Instagram for inspiration but the cookie-cutter workouts aren’t cutting it.
This is a common and frustrating cycle, but not one that is impossible to break. With 1:1 personal training either online or in-person (if you’re in Portland, OR), we will work together to create an individualized program to help get you back to doing the activities you enjoy with less pain and more mobility.
